Beam Measurements

The user opens a non-calibratable type image (such as an Ion chamber array) in the Quick Flatness and Symmetry routine and then clicks the export to database toolbar button. An error occurs and the toolbar button is grayed out.

Cause: The image structure for non-calibratable files does not contain certain fields associated with the image calibration. These missing fields (Facility and Cal File) are then not displayed in the report area of the Quick Flatness and Symmetry display. The report is used to generate the database export and since these lines are missing this causes an error.
Solution or Workaround:
1. Images that manifest this problem should first be saved as .rv4 format files.
2. Open the .rv4 file format in the Quick Flatness and Symmetry routine.
3. The Calibration and Facility lines will appear in the report and it will export to the database correctly.
