Access to some pages is restricted to licensed RIT users. If you have already registered, you may login at top. If not, it's easy to create an account. All licensed RIT users are eligible for an account. Your account information will be verified against our authorized user records and you will be notified if we need more information to process your request.

Remote access support

If you are upgrading or installing RIT113 software or if you simply need advanced technical support, we can remote in to your computer.
Pre-requisites: In order to remote to a computer and resolve an issue or help with a software installation you must have unrestricted internet access to the RIT computer and administrative authority.  RIT technical support uses Logmein Rescue software to perform remote access. www.logmein123.com
