Paid tuition for RIT113 Training Class is fully refundable if RIT is contacted in writing 30 days before the date of the session. *Expenses associated with transportation, hotel, meals, etc. are your responsibility and will not be refunded. No refunds will be given less than 30 days before the session. If you fail to attend the training session without written notice, a refund will not be issued. If the original registrant is unable to attend the session, a substitute participant may attend. RIT must be contacted immediately to adjust the class list accordingly.
If the training session cannot take place as scheduled due to circumstances beyond RIT's reasonable control or insufficient minimum registrations, RIT's sole responsibility will be to issue a full refund for tuition, or reschedule the class for another date. If RIT cancels the session due to insufficient minimum registrations, the registrant will be notified 25 days prior to the session date and may choose an alternate session date or a refund. Refunds will be sent via US mail.
DO NOT MAKE NONREFUNDABLE AIRLINE RESERVATIONS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED WRITTEN CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION in a particular class date. If you make airline reservations prior to receiving written confirmation of your registration, RIT will not be responsible for any associated change fees or refunds.
