Are you having problems with your Vidar VXR-16DP scanner?

Our repair process is as follows:

1. Email Technical Support or call 719-590-1077 option 1 to assist with troubleshooting.
2. If it is determined that your scanner needs to be serviced, we will need a purchase order from your facility. Click here to see what services we provide and what items we will need on the purchase order. Typical turnaround time is 1 week!
3. Once the purchase order is received, we will ship out a custom scanner box (if requested), and email you a return ticket number along with our shipping address.
4. Once the repair is complete, we will ship the unit back to the facility via Fed Ex 2 day air. You will receive an email with the tracking number, along with a service report that details what work was done & what parts were used.
